How we treat your information
Last updated: April 30, 2026
This policy explains—in plain language—what happens when you use Toolker. We want you to feel confident using our PDF, image, and text tools.
1. Your files are not stored by us
For tools that run fully in your browser, files are not stored after processing. We do not upload them to Toolker servers for storage, and we do not keep a library of your documents.
Processing uses temporary memory in your browser
When you finish or close the page, that data is gone—we do not retain copies
In short: we do not treat your uploads as something to keep. They exist only long enough for the tool to do its job.
2. How processing works
Most Toolker utilities read your file or text locally, transform it, and let you download or copy the result. That work happens temporarily while the page is open. Nothing is saved on our systems as part of that flow.
A small number of features may contact outside services for non-file data—for example, live exchange rates for the currency converter. Those requests do not send your documents to Toolker; they only fetch the information needed for that feature.
3. Personal information
You do not need an account to use Toolker. We do not ask you to register, and we do not build a profile of you from your file contents. If you email us through the Contact page, we only use that message to respond or improve the service, as you would expect.
4. Cookies and preferences
We may store simple preferences on your device (such as light or dark theme) so the site feels consistent when you return. We do not use cookies to sell your identity to advertisers.
5. Third-party code and services
Toolker loads scripts and libraries from CDNs and may call third-party APIs where a feature requires it. Those providers have their own policies. We choose common, reputable sources and keep integrations minimal.
6. Children’s privacy
Toolker is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
